- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advice on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
Mobile Technicians
Job Summary
Work independently installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customers' garage doors in Florida. We provide tools, vehicles, and fun environment.
Primary responsibilities
- Install and maintain garage door openers, tracks, springs, rollers, and cables for residential and commercial buildings.
- Repair garage door openers of all brands and drive types, sell, and install new openers and doors.
- Installed and provided maintenance for garage doors and garage door openers in the Southeastern Louisiana region.
- Perform repairs and installations on garage doors, as well as garage door openers.
- Repair, install and maintain garage doors, garage door openers, and automated gates.
- Experience with the installation of residential and commercial garage doors with garage door openers.
- Install, replace, and repair garage doors and garage door openers for clients.
